"I want to explore what it means to be a performer. Live performance has always had a special place in my heart. There is an electric feeling that goes through the room every time a person starts to perform. The world is so loud, so busy. But for one moment, when you get up on a stage everything stops, all of the energy that is buzzing around you. And for a moment it's your turn to speak, or sing or play. It's your turn to speak your mind. And that's so beautiful to me. A whole room pausing their conversations to listen to a person they've never met. Those are the performers I want to highlight. I want to  extend their voice even further than the room they are performing in. I take opinions and thoughts and share them with more people. I want to create a community of performers and produce insightful interviews about young up and coming artists. Everyone goes through this stage, and it's the least documented stage of an artist's career."
